PRODUCT DELIVERY

The shipment is carried out, by courier, from Italy and delivered throughout the European Union territory, to the address specified by the customer when ordering online.
You can place an “alternative delivery address”, other than that indicated in the “User Information” where want to receive the goods.
Any special needs will have to be proposed by the customer to Quarantadue Srl during the purchase process.
To facilitate delivery include all the information that allow to find more easily the place of delivery (person who deliver the package in case of absence, interphone code, etc ...).
It is not scheduled floor delivery. If you live on a high floor you must agree with the concierge or get down personally to pick up the goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier you must follow the instructions below:

• Check that the number of boxes is the same as that shown in the accompanying document
• Check that the identity and quality of the products, as may be specified on packaging, are as indicated in the invoice
• Make sure that the packaging is not damaged, wet or otherwise altered

The mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, such as the loss or damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier.

In case of failure for absence of the recipient at the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient will be still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (Quarantadue Srl).

DELIVERY TIME

• Italy:
  Delivery times, normally ranging between two and seven working days depending on the delivery location and the availability of products in our warehouse.
  For delivery in Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia could needs one or two days more.
• Europe:
  Delivery times, normally ranging between five and ten working days depending on the delivery location and the availability of products in our warehouse.

Any delay in delivery can occur for reasons of force majeure, however, does not depend on us.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs, including the costs of processing the order are calculated automatically when ordering and added to the total of the cart, thus allowing the customer to clearly see the amount of the same in summary of the order before its final confirmation.

The cost of delivery varies depending on the total weight of the goods and the country of destination, according to the following table:

Cash on delivery, is available only for Italy and provide an additional cost of 6 €.
